The autism spectrum disorders vary a lot and it would be misleading to imagine all autistic people as diligent and pedant people with endless patience. There are some like that, however, the scale of the disorders and their intensity really varies. Therefore it is essential to identify the abilities of a particular person individually and to provide them with a space for self-actualization according to their abilities.
Social responsibility should be real, not only on paper.
Employers may be motivated by the abilities of an autistic person to the same extent as they may be distracted by them. It is essential to realize that unemployed people with a work potential represent a needless load for the social system and their integration may serve the company as the basic pillar of the real, not only paper social responsibility.
